1 Gram Gold New Design Plain Peacock Mugappu Thali Chain for Daily Use Gold Plated Jewellery - Gold Plated Jewellery plain peacock mugappu chain designs comes fixed in the thaali kodi chain in such a way that when worn, is visible just below the neck on the side.
It imitates just like real gold jewelry with its white stone design. This chain comes with 3 mm thickness and 24 inches length. Total length of the chain including mugappu or side pendant is 24 inches. The mugappu or side pendant shown in picture can be on the left side or right side. Both way it can be used.
There chain has no openable hook. Suitable for customers who can use 24 inches directly over the head.
Customers, please check this 3 mm width in a small scale to guess how wide the chain would like. The design of the chain is not flexible as this is round 3 mm thick roll continuous chain. Photograph shown is not scaled to size.
Base metal is copper and plated with gold using micro plating technology. Stones used are semi precious. For daily use, the color life would last from 6 months to one year. For occasional wear, the color lasts for more then one year.

Shipping & Delivery Information:

- We offer Express shipping for prepaid orders. All orders placed on or before 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same or next day.
- We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
- Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the courier tracking number and tracking website through SMS and email.
- We are not responsible for any delay caused by unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
All Orders are shipped through the Express shipping method and will reach the customers as follows:
- Within Tamil Nadu - Next business day delivery.
- Within South India - 2 to 3 business days delivery.
- Other states of India - 3 to 5 business days delivery.
- Remote villages delivered by India Post - Within 7 working days.
- However, there may be a delay in delivering to remote areas/villages and other towns as delivery is purely dependent on courier companies.
International Shipping:
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the cart.
- For international buyers, we offer Express Shipping for all orders. Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies (FedEx, DHL, etc.). You will receive your package within 7–15 days after shipping.
- A delivery notice email with the courier tracking number and tracking website will be sent to your registered email address after your order is shipped. Please keep an eye on the tracking info in case of possible delivery problems.
- Some countries may require payment of tax, import fees, customs, duties, etc., and we do not have any control over Customs Duty, if levied. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost listed on our website.
Cash On Delivery:
- Cash on delivery is available only for orders above Rs. 600.
- Once an order is placed, we will contact you by phone to confirm the Cash On Delivery order. Once confirmed, the parcel will be dispatched for delivery.
- You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
- If the product is open, do not accept the order.
- The COD charges collected during order delivery will not be refunded when a return request is placed; only the product value will be refunded.

Standard Shipping Charges:
- We provide free delivery on order values above INR 500/-; otherwise, a shipping charge of INR 60/- will be applied automatically for orders below INR 500.
- Cash on delivery is available only for orders above Rs. 600. An additional charge of INR 60/- will be applied for the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, irrespective of the cart value.
Secure Packaging:
Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks, it is packed in plastic zip lock/pouches or butter paper and covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.
Tracking:
We have partnered with sophisticated courier services like DTDC and Delhivery,
with shipment tracking facilities. Once the product is shipped, the shipment tracking link will be sent to the customer through SMS and email.
Customers can track their product online using the provided link. In case of any queries or issues in delivery, please contact our customer service through phone/WhatsApp or mail to support@everestgoldcovering.com. Your queries will be attended to within 24 hours.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct because courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect delivery addresses
or where the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties
and/or fees.
In the event of a re-shipment/re-direct of the same order, customers will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges for the re-shipment.
Things to Remember:
- Never share any OTP before delivery.
- Do not share OTP for reattempt if asked by the courier boy.
- Check the package before delivery; if you find it tampered with, kindly refuse the parcel.
- Always open the package by creating a video, showing the full package from all sides, showing the AWB number clearly in the video, and then cutting the package to open it in front of the video. Check that the item you received is correct. If everything is fine, you can delete the video. You need this video in case of any wrong product received or any fraud. Keep this habit for all your online packages for your safety.
Warranty Policy:
- After 14 days of purchase, the product falls under a 6-month / 1-year guarantee period as stated on your invoice / purchase bill.
- During this period, if any issues arise regarding gold plating or color, the customer may file a warranty claim.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Excessive wear and tear.
- Damage caused by mishandling or improper care.

How To Claim Your Warranty:

- Wait for our team to review and approve your claim.
- Once approved, the customer is responsible for self-shipping the product to our shop address. One-way shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- Securely package the product in the original packaging or an appropriate alternative.
- Upon receipt, the faulty product will be re-plated with pure 24kt Gold or Antique Gold (depending on the product nature) and will be returned to the customer within 7 working days.
